About this house rental
Designed to blend in with the curves of the surrounding desert mountain, this iconic masterpiece is the last home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Overlapping concentric circles create a floor plan that flows seamlessly from one room to another while every room takes in unobstructed majestic views of Palm Canyon and the city below.
The space

Curved walls, clad in golden-hued Philippine mahogany, cover the three bedrooms and hallway, reflecting the natural light of Palm Canyon. Sprawling entertaining spaces flow outside to ample patios and a crescent-shaped pool. Finishes include stainless wrapped kitchen counters, honed Italian rose marble in the master bath, handpicked slate floors from India, and of course, the original Hope's Windows.

No smoking, cigar, or marijuana inside the house, Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability up to $2,500.
No children between ages 2 to 12
No loud noise, music, etc. A violation could result in removal from the rental home without a refund.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $500 fine.
The pool is not heated
The secluded desert environment of this property is home to many types of wildlife and insects. During the summer months, you may encounter a variety of animals and insects throughout the surroundings of the home; we ask you to keep the doors closed so animals do not enter the house.

Our stay at the Norman Lykes House was truly unforgettable. Staying in a Frank Lloyd Wright home has always been a bucket list experience for us, and the property was even more beautiful in person. The architecture, views, and overall atmosphere made the trip feel incredibly special.We did run into some unexpected water issues during our stay, but Kamyar handled the situation amazingly. He was communicative, understanding, and ultimately refunded us completely without hesitation. That level of hospitality and integrity is rare and made a stressful situation feel genuinely cared for.Kamyar is an exceptional host, and despite the hiccup, we’re incredibly grateful for the experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind stay.

We stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful home. The views from the house are breathtaking especially at night. Everywhere you turned in the house there was something lovely to look at, it was magical!
Our host Kamyar was wonderful. He met us at the house, gave us a tour and had stocked the fridge with scrumptious goodies which we enjoyed and appreciated. The experience to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright designed house was one we will never forget.
Thank you, Kamyar for making this house available for people to enjoy and for being such a gracious host.
We hope to return soon.
