Location is nice although one of the furthest “ski-in” places in the central village as you have to walk over the bridge to get to lifts. Indoor garage is nice. There is a little area setup in garage for people who want to tune/wax skis (bring your own tools irs just a bench).
Cleanliness: dirty lint on towels, cracker and food debris in front of couch, cleaning seemed like it was done haste. Missing dishwasher detergent, but was rectified later that evening. They don’t allow any early check-in (they don’t even consider it— just a blanket NO) or early parking. They don’t allow any late checkout and checkout is earliest I’ve seen at these places 10am. They don’t allow any use of parking lot after checkout time (even though the parking lot was pretty empty). So not great for trying to squeeze in a half day of skiing.

Outdoor porch was on the corner of building which felt super private. Bathroom shower was the best I’ve ever had and bathrooms were very nice.
Loved the pool and hot tubs
Having to open and close bedroom door so you could get by the bathroom.
Dining table and chairs have seen better days and needs refinishing and chairs need new seats.

The location of Passage Point is excellent. This condo is on the top floor, offers an exceptional view of the mountain, overlooks the jacuzzis and pool, and is only a short walk to the slopes and village. The condo is spacious and nice for a family. However, there were some disappointments. There was a lot of pet and human hair all over the sofas/pillows. We ended up using a lint brush to clean the sofas so that our clothes weren’t covered in hair every time we sat down. The condo was also lacking some basic necessities like paper towels and Kleenex (I’d assume this was Vacasa’s fault, not the owners). Other than a small coat closet, there really wasn’t anywhere to hang up our ski/snowboard gear after coming off the mountain. Coat racks or several more hooks would be really helpful for hanging jackets, gloves, snow pants, etc. More bathroom hooks for bath towels would also be helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, dishes, glasses, etc, but was lacking foil or parchment paper and any additional spices other than just salt and pepper. The cooktop was finicky and sometimes would not turn on. When we contacted Vacasa to report that we were having trouble, we never received any response. Some instructions and/or tips for troubleshooting for the induction cooktop might have been helpful. The mattresses were a bit firm (maybe mattress toppers?) Overall the condo was nice and the pro’s outweighed the cons, but the addition of some of the above mentioned items would improve the experience. The sofas definitely should be vacuumed more often between stays.

The apartment was nice! we loved it!
The water came out very orange when we first were going to shower, we got it to where it was slightly orange. when we went to take one again it came out orange again. Today it did not seem as bad. I wish the checkout could have been a bit latter like 12, I worked a wedding the night before and got in really late so getting up and moving and out by 10 was a little rough, a couple extra hours would of been nice.

1. Checkin: Clear email communication about where to pick up the key and the location of the lockbox. Keys worked except for 1 but since we had 4 , it was OK.
2. Location and amenities
The condo: pillows could have been a little better quality
The management company (Vacasa) Is highly inflexible, you always have to deal with the corporate customer service despite the company having an office right at Copper Mt.
