This rental was a true mountain gem in a charming ski village.

Comfortable clean and cozy. Great location! Immaculately clean inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with good kitchenware and utensils. Nice appliances. Get groceries in Frisco. We cooked nearly all our meals here. The beds were comfortable. The balcony has an amazing view. We saw hummingbirds coming to feed. The surrounding village was fun. Every detail has been well attended to. We would certainly like to come back as soon as possible!

A bit noisy outside with summer repair work going on and I-70. It can’t really be helped though. The nice surroundings made up for the noise.

Robbery via hidden fees!

DO NOT BOOK WITH VACASA! Our room was $114, the final charge was $344, of which the Vacasa fee was $198. This is 175% of the cost of the room, nothing I will ever do again. And no, they will not refund their fee.....

Never using VACASA again!

Great location, just missing a few basic items

We liked the bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom, the king sized bed in the 1st bedroom, the proximity to the ski lifts and the fireplace.

We arrived to a broken dishwasher that should have been caught prior to arrival since it was filled with water (we could have made due a bit better with this if it had been mentioned rather than us having to deal with trying to get maintenance out to fix it ... which did not happen). There were also not any dish towels to hand dry the dishes so that was challenging. We also needed a can opener and there was not one in the unit. We were supposed to have 3 to 4 keys total but only had 2 so we had to go let people in a lot since our group was not always together. We had tried to request additional keys and never heard back on our request so a little more responsiveness would good too. The vent fan in the front bathroom is also very dirty and does not work well ... this could also be addressed.
