Dont miss it

These apartments are actually much better than in the photos, and the hostess is exceptionally hospitable. Everything is spotlessly clean, incredibly beautiful, and the breakfast is simply luxurious. If you don’t eat much, be sure to let the hostess know — her breakfast is better than a 5-star hotel. I would love to stay here again and forever!

The stay was excellent. There was easy contact with Annalisa before arrival to arrange details. The house is situated in a beautiful location around the mountains. I have never been in such a clean room before, plus the landlady cleaned it for us every day. The house is also very clean and has unique atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and prepared very carefully. Annalisa seems to be a professional in what she does.

Very clean and comfy place. Big room with big bathroom. The owner was kind and caring. Breakfast was home-made and really good! The place was quiet and well positioned to visit nearby cities.

We were fully satisfied. The room and the bathroom were very clean with fresh sheets and towels. Annalisa is a fantastic, very friendly person. The breakfast was excellent. We are gluten free and she exceeded our expectations with omlet and cake. We will back there for longer stay for sure.

We are thrilled. It exceeded our expectations despite the good reviews. The room and the bathroom is quite new. Very nicely furnished and the bathroom is very large and very clean. Nothing is missing. Annalisa is an excellent hostess. She is very caring and very friendly! The breakfast was also very extensive and delicious. We had chosen the accommodation only as a stopover, but we will certainly choose this accommodation again also for a longer stay.

La posizione. Non lontana dal lago d’Iseo. Località tranquilla e silenziosa. La struttura comoda e super pulita. La signora veramente gentile e disponibile. Ottima cuoca. Vi raccomando la colazione. Torte fatte in casa, marmellate fantastiche. C’è anche la colazione continentale per chi la preferisse. E la mascotte Laika🥰.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Zimmer top sauber. Kostenlose und abgeschlossene Parkplätze. Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt. Frühstück immer frisch und lecker.

Beim Frühstück wären Brötchen nett gewesen (nur Brot) und die Wurstauswahl könnte etwas größer sein. War nur eine Sorte zur Auswahl.

Nagyon finom, bőséges reggeli. Rendkívüli és alapos tisztaság. A szállásadó figyelembe vette a különleges igényeinket is mint a szobával, mint a reggelivel kapcsolatban. A saját sütésű rendkívül finom almatorta felejthetetlen. 🙂

Ambiente pulitissimo, moderno e curato. La signora Annalisa è molto preparata su gastronomia e attività di tutta la zona ed è molto disponibile.la camera è spaziosa e ordinata, particolarmente gradito il bagno molto ampio. Colazione ben fornita con prodotti fatti in casa di alta qualità. Situato in una zona strategica tra camminate in montagna e lago d'Iseo.

Tranquillità, serenità e cortesia.

Posizione strategica da cui si raggiungono facilmente e in tempi abbastanza brevi diverse località anche se apparentemente un po' fuori mano. Colazione abbondante e varia senza tralasciare la cura del servizio. Gli ambienti sono tutti puliti e curati. Difficile trovare una stanza da bagno tanto ampia e pulita in questo tipo di strutture. L'abitazione è immersa nel verde senza difficoltà di parcheggio all'interno stesso della proprietà. Nell'insieme ha superato le aspettative.

Da migliorare un po' il confort per il riposo e il sonno. I cuscini hanno una rigidità eccessiva e i materassi sembrano non essere perfettamente piatti. Manca una sedia necessaria per svolgere qualche piccolo compito al tavolino. Dettagli che non precludono una valutazione di 10/10.

Perfekt! Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, auch als Ausgangspunkt für den Cammino Tre Laghi (nur 10 Autominuten von Sovere entfernt.) Hier hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht und man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Sehr gutes Frühstück (sogar mit frischgepressten Orangensaft, frischem Obst, Nüssen...) Vielen Dank!

Un’esperienza davvero autentica in una location meravigliosa

Non ho mai visto una steutttua così pulita, luminosa, nella la cortesia dell proprietaria e l’attenzione per i dettagli regalano un’esperienza unica. Ottima colazione: prodotti artigianali, alternativa sia dolce che salata. Con spremuta di arance fresca e caffè preparato al momento. Davvero un’esperienza incredibile!

Estrema pulizia e profumazione negli ambienti,ogni angolo curato ed elegante. Colazione molto energizzante con opzioni salutari.Host molto professionale. Prezzo genius davvero conveniente ed economico.

Generalmente preferisco i pernottamenti in strutture di alberghiere piuttosto che b&b,perchè si ha un po’la sensazione scomoda di entrare in casa delle persone e arrecare un disturbo. Forse sono ancora poco abitutata.

Bella camera spaziosa e pulita così come il bagno, con biancheria di ottima qualità. La signora è super gentile e disponibile, ha insistito per prepararci colazione nonostante dovessimo alzarci alle 4 ed era ottima, abbondante e varia (peccato non aver avuto più tempo!) Ancora complimenti per il servizio abbinato ad un ottimo prezzo, da tornarci sicuramente.
