This home is situated across the street from one of the nicest beaches you will find on the shores of Lake Erie and offers breath taking lake views! Private Beach access with sand volleyball! A great area to walk, bike, run, and enjoy the neighborhoods park with swings, tennis court, basketball court, and a baseball diamond. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants, wineries and is approximately 10 minutes from Cedar Point, Great Wolf lodge, Kalahari, and African Safari Wildlife Park. Only minutes from the downtown Boat Basin, boat ramps and Amphitheater with free live entertainment during the weekends in the summer!

This property was above our expectations. The location was perfect, the outdoor fire pit was very relaxing and the view of the lake across the street was amazing. The grandkids loved finding rocks walking on the beach. The house was immaculate and had everything you would ever need. The communication the Trisha was very prompt and we would definitely stay here again. We will also recommend it to family and friends looking for a great place to stay near Cedar Point and Kalahari. This house was above and beyond all expectations we had. Everything in this house seemed practically brand new, it was spotless, there was every kitchen appliance imaginable, outdoor propane fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs was PERFECT, the location right by the beach/water was PERFECT, located in a quiet little neighborhood. The owners were extremely responsive(often replying to any questions/concerns within 5 mins). By far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!!! I cannot say enough about this beautiful home and gracious owners!

Our group stays in Huron each year for Labor Day. The last couple of years or so, we had our eye on this property. Lucky us, to find it available for this year. The property and it's location is perfect. The inside is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend this property!

This was the second year that we have used this home for a family gathering - from three different cities in Ohio, Olympia, Washington and Brooklyn, New York - 10 adults (Mom is 95) and a 2 year. Plenty of room for all of us and it’s very manageable for our mother as everything is on one floor. We love sitting on the porch watching the lake, the neighbors are hospitable, easy access to grocery, restaurants, wineries and parks. The home is fully equipped, just pack your bag and be ready to relax!!! We’ll be back 😊☀️

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect. The "goodies" that we found in the garage were fun. The layout of the house was nice for our children's families to have 2 separate wings with grandma & grandma tucked in the room behind the kitchen. The outdoor shower was neat ! We enjoyed evenings around the firepit along with the wonderful lake views. We would like to stay again next year but our dates are already taken.

We love Huron and especially the Old Homestead area. This home epitomizes every good quality of the area: beautiful views, beach access, safe streets for kids to bike and adults to walk, nearby restaurants and grocery. It is well equipped and served the wants and needs of our group, ages 7-75. The variety of beach and recreational equipment was much appreciated and utilized.

We met up with extended family to stay at this house and it was just perfect. The view from the porch was beautiful and the layout of the house was ideal for all of us to be together but still have our own space. I did have to reach out to Trisha early on in the trip with a question and she was very responsive and easy to reach. We really appreciated all of the beach supplies and extra large wagon to use for beach trips and the outdoor backyard shower was so nice to rinse off the kids. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to plan another trip!

We were celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Had family here from ages 5-91. This beautiful home offers both indoor and outdoor amenities, wonderful location with gorgeous views! House was stocked with everything you need and more! Clean, beautifully decorated, charming and comfortable home to enjoy. Fun was had by all with the various nearby actives, lake, amusement park, and parks nearby. Definitely looking forward to staying again! Even better than expected!

We absolutely loved this vacation home! Everything is new, clean, well stocked and in perfect working condition. We spent most of our time sitting on the front porch and in the chairs around the gas fire pit. The view of the lake from there was stunning! It was so handy to walk back and forth to the beach across the street. We took a short walk down the beach and played a family game of beach volleyball for just $5 rental. They also had kayak rentals. The outdoor shower in the back yard of the home was handy after a day at the beach. There were 11 adults in our group and everyone had a comfy place to sleep. The master closet is so large that my 22 year old son added an air mattress and had a private room! It was a short drive to Cedar Point which is what brought us to the area. The big surprise was that we enjoyed the vacation home as much as the amusement park!!!
