Excellent location with a beautiful short walk to the beach, and checking out an occasional beach sunset. Also from the front area for the building we enjoyed up to 1 mile plus walks on Bay shore drive.The studio is kept very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony and we appreciate the stainless steel pots. Sheets and pillows need to be replaced.Lobby remains under repair from a devastating storm 2 years ago.Carol was always available and quickly replied to any questions.

Unit was beautiful and clean. Everything you would need was provided. The apartment was just a short walk from the beach. Shopping was also conveniently located nearby. We had a very pleasant stay.

The condo was exactly what I needed - a comfortable place near the beach. Very quiet, friendly neighbors, condo supplied with helpful necessities, nothing missing. The Murphy bed is perfect for the space. Overall excellent experience.
