The house is in the second row in Alt-Westerland in a quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the city center. Size: 4-room apartment approx. 105 m² for 6 people. Equipment: The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable corner couch and a dining area for 6 people. The living room leads to the west terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all afternoon in the green. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. On this floor there is also a modern shower room with a window. All rooms are covered with light tiles. In the basement there are two bedrooms with a 1.40 m wide double bed and a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed. There are wardrobes in two bedrooms and another TV in one bedroom. Here is a light laminate floor. There is also a bathroom with tub and window. A washing machine is available in a separate small utility room. Due to the clever layout with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the small garden, this apartment is ideal for a family holiday, even with a dog, which can be brought on request at an additional cost. A parking space is located next to the house on the property. WiFi is available. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
