Very nice 3-story house, lots of privacy. Separate heating in every room, and plenty of cutlery and cookware. The smart TV had most of the services we wanted.

The bedroom is quite small. The ground floor was being dried by some machine, so there was a loud noise coming from there, although in the bedroom with a closed door it's barely audible.

The property was located very close to the beach and promenade. The terrace was especially nice to eat breakfast outside.

The neighbors above as well as next to us could be heard quite well.

Helle saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage Strand, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants und Bäckerei in direkter Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig etwas dezentral von Westerland, 5 Minuten zum Strand, die City fussläufig zu erreichen. Direkt am Haus ist ein Parkplatz, in der ruhigen Straße gibt es aber auch Möglichkeiten, sehr dicht zu parken. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und Verdunkelungen an den Fenstern.

Ein Backofen wäre ganz schön und die Balkontür ist schwergängig, sonst alles prima.

Die Lage, Ruhe, Nähe zum Strandübergang, Terrasse, windgeschützt und sonnig. Ausstattung, Gläser, Geschirr, Küche, Parkplatz beim Haus

Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller. Über die Anzeige bei Booking war das nicht ersichtlich. Überdimensionierter, unpraktischer Sessel im kleinen Wohnraum.

Gern wieder für einen Kurztrip

Für ein Wochenende auf Sylt absolut ausreichend, sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr flexibel und freundlich- ich hatte vergessen das Wäschepaket zu buchen und es wurde noch abends vorbeigebracht!

Schöne Strand- und Naturnahe Wohnung, ruhige zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in Strandnähe, ca. 5 Fußminuten zum Strand. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und wird tadellos in Ordnung gehalten. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind klein, aber durchaus ein schöner Früstücksbereich.

Das WC und das Schlafzimmer ist im Keller. Die Wohnung ist deswegen für Gehbehinderte nur bedingt geeignet. Das wird aber auch so klar in der Webseite beschrieben.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung, Wohnzimmer und Küche im Erdgeschoss, Schlafzimmer und Bad im Keller, war geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und auch die Promenade von Westerland kann fußläufig gut erreicht werden.

Erholung pur

Das Kastanienhüs hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man findet wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Für 2 Personen gibt es ausreichend Platz. Für uns hatte die Ferienwohnung viel Charme! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und das nächste Mal mit der ganzen Familie! Dann wollen wir, wenn möglich, die ganze Doppelhaushälfte mieten !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.

Eine sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen in ruhiger Lage, wenn nicht gerade ein Flugzeug startet oder ein Nachbar den ganzen Tag Holz sägt. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind ausreichend groß genug, der Wohn-/Essbereich, sowie der Balkon runden das Ganze wunderbar ab. Auch der nahegelegene Supermarkt ist sehr praktisch.

Die Wohnlage ist zwar sehr ruhig, dafür aber auch etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Nach Westerland (Promenade) sind es knapp 3km zu Fuß. Das Tischbein vom Esstisch müsste repariert werden. Dieser ist lose und fällt bald ab. Die Vitrine mit den Gläsern kippelt ebenfalls. Hier haben scheinbar schon die vorherigen Gäste Papier unter den Fuß geschoben.

Die geringe Größe und die Vorabinformation über die Bettengröße (zweimal 1,60 breit) stimmte nicht, drum hatten wir falsche Laken, haben es aber hinbekommen.

Für uns kommt diese Unterkunft nicht mehr infrage.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit die persönliche Wäsche abzulegen. Balkontür undicht und ließ sich nicht geräuschlos öffnen und schließen. Wasserdruck war eine Katastrophe. Wenn beim duschen ein anderer Wasserhahn geöffnet wird hat man kein Wasser mehr in der Dusche b.z.w. Waschbecken. Nur ein Wohnungsschlüssel ist nachteilig bei 2 bis 4 Personen.

Etwas altmodisch, aber sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Für zwei Personen sehr geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber.

Der Fön war beschädigt und mit alten Haaren beschmiert.
