Friendly staff, very accommodating and welcoming to dogs. Very tasty breakfast.
The building was tired, breakfast tables not fully cleaned after previous breakfast, no toast offered at Breakfast.

A really lovely location set back in the trees a short distance from the Hastings to Rye road. All the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, just the right temperature for us and even though we faced the front there was never any traffic noise. We always like to be able to get out and about and we did a great circular walk on footpaths starting directly opposite the hotel entrance.

Room and bathroom were not very clean. Cobwebs handing down and carpet not hoovered well - under the bed was bad.
