Honestamente. Nada negativo

The space was nicely decorated and had all the amenities I needed staying for a week. It was nice and quiet, had a good bed, I slept well (partly because the upstairs neighbour is a quiet person).

The main building-door can't be closed, it felt unsafe that anyone from the street can enter and reach your door. The room has less window-light than the pictures show and the fridge makes a lot of noise while standing in front of your bed. This is probably the reason why it was disconnected when I arrived (I also disconnected it at night a few nights to get rid of the noise). The communication of the 'Mojo team' is poor. When I realised that the fridge didn't work after arriving, they were very short in their messaging saying: "Its supposed to work.. Can you make sure it's plugged in please". But of course I already looked for that and couldn't make that work. And unfortunately I forgot a pair of pants and a t-shirt that I left hanging on a hook. I still stayed in Lisbon for a few weeks so I asked if I could pick it up, but the team claims the cleaners 'didn't see it'. That is a lie (they were in clear sight). They said they would ask again, but now 2 weeks later and after a few nudges from my side, there's no response and they just ignore me. The cleaners probably just threw it out: just be honest about it.... It's annoying when a host is so avoidant. For this reason I post a bad review, this is bad customer service.

Very comfortable bed, nice little treat of wine gifted, just felt calm

The deposit is a bit steep and maybe the apartment is a bit overpriced, but we did stay on a Friday evening. Also the hot water ran out after 1 shower.

O local é muito aprazível com muito para explorar a pé e de carro. A casa é gira e deve ser melhor no verão pelo conforto térmico. Comodidades ok.

A casa é fria, com a salamandra aquece pouco o piso debaixo e demasiado a mezzanine onde o ar fica seco. Durante a noite arrefece e usámos um pequeno termoventilador disponível para manter a temperatura sem ter de ir tratar da salamandra durante a noite. A cabine do duche é pequena e a entrada estreita e a água quente tem de ser doseada entre um banho e uma lavagem de pouca loiça... e esperar meia hora para voltar a ter água quente para o banho seguinte.
