About this house rental
Elegant and smart describes this villa in the heart of Palm Beach offering ideal accommodation for both a weekend stay or stays of a week or longer.
The villa is on two levels with the open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the top level opening onto a deck with outdoor dining setting and barbecue. Also on this level is the queen bedroom and one bathroom. On the lower level there are a further two bedrooms, one with twin singles that can be made in a king bed and the third bedroom with a double bed. There is a second bathroom on this level to service these bedrooms as well as a fully equipped laundry.
On the eastern side of the house is an outdoor shower and grassed area perfect for de-sanding the body boards and buckets and spades when returning from the beach with the children
The villa is just a couple of hundred metres walk to both Sandy and Snapperman Beach as well as the ferry wharf, shops and cafes of Palm Beach and Barrenjoey House.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay at this well located property in Palm Beach .
Close to local shops and cafes and a short walk from the water.

We stayed for a week over Christmas. Property was very clean, beds comfortable and small Christmas gifts to welcome. Main problem was lack of comfortable seats to relax - living area and balcony very small with no view. Would be ok for short stay or just for a couple, but lack of comfortable area to relax at end of day definitely missing.
