Magnificent 2800sqft, 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 3 level PERMITTED vacation rental luxury home nestled in gated community. Extensive lake trail system for hiking and wonderful trails available through San Bernardino Park system. Short distance to Arrowhead Village with multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.
The yard is beautifully maintained complete with two lawn sides, BBQ, and lounging areas. There are multiple balconies allowing you to splendor over the beautifully landscaped grounds. Inside, you have access to a full-size wet bar for spirits. If you enjoy cooking, you can impress friends and family with fancy cuisine cooked up in the executive style kitchen. Afterward, you can play a fun game of Ping-Pong while listening to your favorite music on the central music system. Create a warm ambiance and wind down in the living room beside the electronic started fireplaces while you watch a movie or sports on the 70” flat screen television. Every aspect of this home offers a plethora of amenities such as a full-size laundry room. Be further impressed as this home has an additional steam room for 8 people and jacuzzi/spa for 6 guests . Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom complete with a rain shower. For additional comfort, each level of 3 levels has its own heat and air controls.

If planning on using dock, lake beaches or lake trails for hiking, you first must provide property owner with all names and emails for submission to ALA. Take green ALA Membership card provided by owner together with each person and go to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) Client Services office to process their registration and pay a fee to access lake facilities. ALA office can be found in marina at 870 North State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. Wristbands will be issued to access trails. Wonderful trails also available through San Bernardino Park system also Arrowhead Village hosts multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.
Trespassing onto docks will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund.

100% recommend this house. Well worth the money. Perfect spot next to lake. Hot tub and steam room VERY clean and usable. Nothing but great things to say.

We enjoyed this home immensely, it worked very great for our "snow weekend" It was well cared for, nicely decorated and offered many spaces to enjoy for various activities. Our biggest challenge on property was related to arrival during the snow storm. We could only access the driveway and parking area by foot until the snow was removed the following afternoon. Be sure to address solutions with the owner prior to arrival, unloading our gear and getting to the house was a task!
