Casa Leona Istriana, stylishly renovated stone house with historical charm

Casa Leona Istriana is located in the small rural town of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj in the interior. In 2019/2020 the stone house was refurbished and expanded to a high standard, but it has retained the elegant historical charisma. The decor is characterized by industrial and retro style. We have placed great emphasis on natural materials, so that predominantly furnishings made of wood, stone, metal and glass dominate. Spacious living and dining areas offer enough space for up to 6 people, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. There is also one bathroom on each floor. The house is well equipped for a vacation stay. Outdoor area (140m2) is fully fenced and consists of two parts. There is a closed parking space in front of the house. Behind the house there is a large paved terrace / garden with a private pool for many cozy hours. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the olive fields and natural areas. It is a typical Istrian middle row house, nevertheless you have a quiet oasis in a small village. The neighboring house on one side is uninhabited and the other house is only occasionally inhabited. It is well known that Istria offers countless cultural sights, which you can easily reach by car from the village. There is a restaurant serving local cuisine in Klarici, 1 km away. Beach is 12 km to the west (Peroj, Fazana, Valbandon) and 13 km to the east (Krnica). Shops can be found in the small shop in Jursici, 3 km away, there is a large supermarket in Vodnjan, 6 km from the house. We are happy to give various excursions and tips on site and otherwise in the tourist community.
The price includes all costs: towels, bed linen, energy and water costs, such as tourist tax and final cleaning.
