About this house rental
Casa Lea Istriana is located in the small rural village of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj inland. Stylishly furnished holiday home on 2 floors was completely rebuilt in 2018. It offers you comfortable rooms that are modernly furnished, but contain many rustic details. The outdoor area extends with the hillside and view of the green valley and forest. The house is fenced and closed with a garden gate. You can enjoy your well-deserved vacation and privacy carefree in your own pool and garden. Your vehicles can be parked next to it, which also belongs to the rental company. Adjacent stone house is uninhabited. The nearest beaches are located in towns around 12 km away. You can also visit the popular cities of Fazana, Rovinj, Pula and the Brijuni National Park, where countless sights from Roman times are waiting for you and where you are also well catered for. Shops in the next village 1 km away, large supermarket in Vodnjan approx. 5 km away.

Mooie schone woning met een heerlijk zwembad en bij aankomst als verassing stond er een jacuzzi.
1 klein minpuntje , weinig handdoeken en geen verschoning van beddengoed .

Wir haben im Juni zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber! Unsere Gastgeben Dario und Vlasta Martic sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und von der Terasse hat man einem herrlichen Blick in das grüne Hinterland von Butkovici. Trotzdem sind alle touristischen Orte mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeben uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

De woning is voorzien van alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een goede en relaxed vakantie! Tevens een prima uitvalsbasis voor leuke tripjes in de nabije omgeving.

Prachtig huis. Schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige aankleding. Gastvrij ontvangen! Heerlijke vakantie. Super zwembad.
