About this house rental
Spacious Lanzarote villa with large garden, patios and heated pool in residential cul-de-sac located in highly sought-after, tranquil yet central part of this delightful resort, 45 minutes from the airport at Arrecife.
Short walk to the town centre, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife, public transport. Ideal holiday/vacation location for couples and families (with kids). Not suitable for parties, groups or events, or infants under 2 unless fully supervised.
Casa Rana is one of the older properties in Playa Blanca, built to a more generous specification in the early 1970s than the many purpose-built rental units that have since sprung up in the outer areas of the resort.
All areas available except storage studio/garage and linen room unless otherwise specified at time of booking.
There is an integral apartment available only for parties of more than 2 guests charged at an average £15 person/night, included in the quote. Couples may be offered a discount.

We had mixed feelings about this villa. Location was very good, outside space and pool was very good. Inside the villa was dated if I'm kind but actually just old. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean, plenty hot water but shower curtains a turnoff. Excellent tv package, wifi is iffy. Skirtings, doors and cupboards filthy and we spent first 2 days cleaning before family arrived, including cooker and dishwasher filters which were appalling. We had only one saucepan that had a lid and kitchen was well equipped with accessories albeit the dishes were very well used and scratched and chipped. House manager was lovely and came weekly to change beds. We didn't require a towel washing service but it was offered. However the depth of cleaning required is beyond her duties, the villa needs a deep clean and disgusting cupboards in passage need to be removed.It's a shame as there is so much potential in the villa, it could be lovely.

Our family spent a week here and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to grocery store and restaurants. The pool was heated which was important to us and it was well maintained. The rooms were clean and a kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed.

This is such a fantastic villa - so much bigger, both inside and out, than anything we’ve stayed at on this complex previously.
Communication with both Mark and Anne was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble.
We had a wonderful time and very much hope to return soon!

Our second stay at lovely Casa Rana. Three generations for two weeks under one roof but never do you feel on top of each other.
Fantastic location - quiet yet close enough to walk easily to our favourite, central part of PB.
Such a spacious villa both inside and out.
It's not for you if you want modern and minimalist but we don't.
Well equipped for self-catering but also so easy to take a walk into PB and the huge choice of restaurants.
Communication with Mark and Anne prior and during our visit was excellent.
Highly recommended and hope to return.
