Ground floor: large living room / kitchen with sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Single bedroom and shower room.
First floor: double bedroom with extra large bed and sea view balcony. Double room with 2 single beds. Shower room with washing machine. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
The house has a small private garden with barbecue and patio for outdoor dining.
Large private garage with internal staircase giving access to the house.
Location Parghelia, just 3 km from Tropea. The house is a few minutes on foot from Michelino beach and the village, where there are food shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants, bars, pharmacy.

Louise was very helpful and accommodating. Property was comfortable and close to the beach, however the walk to/from the beach would be very difficult for anyone with physical limitations because the stairway down is over 100 stairs and quite steep. Nice restaurants and small grocery store within walking distance. There is A/C in every room and 2 full baths with shower, although the showers are very small. Overall very nice place.
*Note* if you plan on working remotely via WiFi this property has very weak/slow internet so live video meetings and streaming TV will be difficult.

Amazing stay and very accommodating hosts.
The villa is beautifully positioned to give you a very easy access to Parghelia’s beach, which is one of the most beautiful we have seen. It was perfect for us, our friends and our children.

Wir waren eine Woche Ende September/Anfang Oktober in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr geräumig und hat alles, was man sich wünscht (u.a. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Terrasse UND Balkon, eigene Garage...). Vom Balkon aus hat man Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand ist über eine längere Treppe zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr malerisch inmitten von Felsformationen gelegen (Sandstrand). Die Kommunikation mit Louise war bestens. Uns hat's an nichts gefehlt. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder Uralub machen.

We spent with 6 people our summer vacation in this beautiful holiday home in direct proximity to the beach. This is within walking distance via a staircase. The water is crystal clear and pleasantly warn. The offshore rocks guarantee great impressions while snorkeling. The house itself is equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday and corresponds to 100% of the description. The owner Louise is very friendly and helpful and can give good tips for excursions in the area.
The picturesque town of Tropea, which is located in the immediate vicinity, invites you to go for a walk or to dine in the many restaurants, especially in the evening.
So for the house as well as for the area an absolute recommendation from us.
