About this house rental
The land belonged, in the 1950s, to Antonio Alves (Flying Carioca), who managed to gradually conquer his space in the city of Jaboticabal.
It started selling cow kids on the street and melting tallow, selling to soap factories. Thanks to his work, it was finally possible to buy the farm (previously rented).
Nowadays, the land is no longer the same, a division has been made between the sons of the patriarch, but the part given to us is well taken advantage of. There is an area with a children's pool, barbecue, bedroom and two bathrooms. It has a large green lawn for picnics, get-togethers and parties. There is room to park cars if necessary.
