Clean property very nice to have the pool which was well kept. Great barbecue facility. Parking and good security and walkable to old Town Alcudia.
No air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms. Just stifling in there. Guests had to sleep downstairs. Power cuts but they were resolved quickly. Photos of property definitely taken by an estate agent! Some rooms smaller and nit as bright as portrayed Ants in kitchen.

Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und reagierte sehr schnell wenn etwas nicht stimmte. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Kaffeemaschine und er kam am gleichen Tag um sie zu reparieren. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet und bietet so ziemlich alles.
Schade ist, dass es im kleinen Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hatte. Es war zwar ein kleiner Deckenventilator montiert der aber nicht so bei brachte bei dieser Hitze. Was auch noch fehlte war eine kleine Lounge im Garten wo man am Abend gemütlich noch was trinken konnte.

The one bedroom without air conditioning was very hot and uncomfortable at night. There were a few ants in and around the kitchen.
