Villa Belgica

Muy cómodo para grupos, hay espacio para todos.

Pretty good location, 12 minutes to the beach, near a very circulated steer (2 min) but still far enough so that in the evening it was silent. Supermarket 2 min away. The villa itself has some outdated furniture and looks a bit old but still pretty good. All rooms have AC, pool is nice, all amenities in the kitchen, lots of plates, glasses and cups. And it also has a lot of space both indoor and outdoor where you can spend some time after getting back. The energy was payed separately (seems like it's the standard practice when renting a villa in Mallorca as I've seen it in most listings when I was searching) but it was just 56 EURO for 8 people for a week. Pretty fair I'd say.

Not enough toilet paper. Like cmon, you can't leave just 1 roll per bathroom for a week. No shower gel or shampoo. No toothpicks (I know it's an odd one but who doesn't have toothpicks in the kitchen?) If 2 people showered at the same time in the downstairs bathrooms, they would have a pretty bad water pressure and in the upstairs one the water would stop flowing altogether

We stayed a week didn’t get towels changed or any cleaners in to clean within the week Bed sheets downstairs in the twin had mould on & the bedroom smelt really bad Mould on wall in downstairs bathroom with the bath in above the bath The pool was filthy, scum around the side of the pool where the water line was The garden needs so TLC as the steps around the pool cut my sons feet as it was too rough The steps around the full pool were filthy - black/green Having to pay for electric when paying over £2400 for 1 weeks holiday
