Location was a little bit further away from Moab city center, which made it quieter and we had some room to spread out. The development was lovely, surrounded with red rock formations, clean pools & jacuzzi. The outdoor grill area was perfect for relaxing after a hike day. The rooms were good size, and closets with hangers/drawers were helpful. Kitchen/dining/living room had good space for all 8 of us to hang out. The decor is a bit dated, but everything is clean and spotless.

A leak in the kitchen sink was fixed while we were away, but it reset the door code. This wasn't communicated to us. We wasted time trying to get in with our original codes and then 15-20mins w Vacasa on the phone with codes not working, before finally requesting a manual key. A property manager reset the lock the next day, but the inconvenience could have been avoided with better communication.

Everything was good except 2 items 😊

The bed upstairs squeak every time we moved, we went out to enjoy Nature and want to come home and relax and you can hear squeak squeak......NO BUENO!!!!!! And the fan from the same bedroom has dust all over.😬😬.... Everything else was very good. ( We ended on the last night adding towels behind the bed)

It’s a great property. We had a wonderful time even with a few suggestions to make it better. It’s still a great value and we stay there again.

The return vent is right by the master bedroom so it was a little loud. The beds were a little hard maybe a pat on top and there is a lot of beautiful tile maybe a rug or two in the bathroom and kitchen and that’s it.
