About this house rental
Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.
The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.
Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!
*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.
The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!
Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!
This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Very good location and comfortable stay! Some small things: The kitchen is a little under stocked on cups and mugs for 5 adults and there was only one small body wash bar and no shampoo for a full house. Hot tub wasn’t open.

Reviewer Comments:
The condo is a newer Rim Village condo. The beds were comfortable and the use cotton sheets. It was rainy for 2 days and the living room TV is not a smart TV and only offers 13 channels which meant no football. Roku’s are cheap and I would suggest them for all of the TV’s in the condo. VRC uses disposable bottles and with little cardboard boxes for their amenities which is so wasteful. The HOA does not offer recycling, which was a bummer. The kitchen supplies were sparse. We had 1 not new roll of paper towels for the whole stay and only 2 dish towels. I’d recommend suppling one extra roll of paper towels. I’d recommend a full kitchen inventory and resupply. The extra blankets have dog hair on them and need to be laundered. There were some maint issues we reported at check in.
