Für das Geld etwas besseres erwartet.
Unterkunft war sauber.
Zunächst einmal bleibt festhalten, dass die Unterkunft denkbar ungeeignet ist, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Die ÖPNV-Verbindung besteht aus einem Bus, der werktags von 10-18 Uhr, am Sonntsg überhaupt nicht, zum Hauptort der Insel, Burg auf Fehmarn, fährt. Im Ort Bannesdort selbst gibt es an Infrastruktur oder Geschäften überhaupt nichts, noch nicht einmal eine Kneipe. Lediglich ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Ansonsten muss man für jede noch so kleine Besorgung Bach Burg fahren. Ebenso, wenn man an den Strand möchte.
Der "Ferienhof" selbst besteht aus mehreren Wohneinheiten. Wir hatten eine Wohnung unter dem Dach, welche über eine sehr steile und verwinkelte Treppe zu erreichen ist. Der Großteil dieser Wohnung war wegen der Dachschräge nicht aufrecht zu betreten. Allenfalls in der Mitte des Wohnzimmers konnte man aufrecht stehen, ansonsten war immer gebückte Haltung angesagt - ich bin nicht sonderlich groß (1,78m) , aber ich weiß nicht mehr, wie oft in der Woche ich mir den Kopf gestoßen habe.
Die Wohnung ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet, allerdings nicht ausreichend, um halbwegs autark Kochen zu können (lediglich ein zweiflammiges Kochfeld ohne Backofen, kaum Kochgeschirr, noch nicht einmal ein Grundstock an Gewürzen).
Bereits beim Betreten des Treppenhauses fällt ein unangenehmer Modergeruch auf, der auch trotz intensivem Lüften nicht aus der Wohnung zu bekommen war. Die Matratzen des Bettes wirkten sehr weich und durchgelegen. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer mag für unseren 7jährigen Sohn gerade noch funktioniert haben - für ein Kind, das nur etwas größer ist oder gar einen Erwachsenen wäre es unbrauchbar gewesen.
Zur Wohnung selbst gehört noch eine sog. Terrasse am Parplatz im Hof, welche wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben, da sie zum einen total mit Laub verdreckt war, zum anderen wenig ansprechend mit allerlei maritimen und landwirtschaftlichen Gerümpel zugestellt war.
