With 35 m² of space, this cozy 2-room vacation apartment—located in a prime spot right on Fehmarn’s kilometer-long South Beach—can accommodate up to 4 people—and your dog is also welcome!
The apartment is located on the second floor and boasts a magnificent view of the marina. From the window, watch the boats coming and going or the lively activity on the water—a real highlight for anyone who loves maritime charm.
Inside, you’ll find a modern and comfortable living area with a dining space and a sleeper sofa that provides two additional sleeping spots. The separate bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The well-equipped kitchen and a stylish shower room round out this vacation home.
You can park conveniently and worry-free in the parking space right next to the house. Bicycles can be locked to the publicly accessible bike rack in front of the building—perfect for actively exploring the surrounding area!

The Südstrand is by far the most beautiful sandy beach and swimming spot on Fehmarn. The water slopes gently into the shore, making it a wonderful place to swim—a paradise for families with children and beach lovers.
