    Saw this hotel on a random instagram post and decided to check it out, such a cool hotel. It is OLD, don't be fooled, you will be walking up stairs with your suitcase, BUT, it's just kinda charming. The breakfasts are honestly almost too much food, but I guess that's not a complaint. The staff were all lovely. This was honestly the first hotel I've ever been to without a TV. Not a complaint, just weird as I usually use the TV for background noise. Other than that, we liked it. Super quirky and charming.

    If you are looking for an interesting place to stay, this is it. Entering through the entrance doors, you are going back in time, super old school medicine hall vibes at the reception. Do take note, there is no elevators in the building, if one is unable to climb too many stairs, you might want reconsider staying on Level 2 instead. Room was in an interesting triangle shape, and I personally like the vibes. I could deal with some squeaky floor board, hearing the traffic outside as well as a low pressure shower head. To me, it was part of the experience. If you prefer your room to be super high tech and luxury, this is not it. Breakfast was good, so do give it a try. Location wise it’s a couple of mins drive to the main Chinatown area, but it can get a little busy during the mornings and evenings, so do buffer some travelling time. Overall an interesting experience.
