Hoi An Gravel Pool Villa & Spa

Good location and very nice rooms

Not many food places near but that was not a problem

I’m happy I experienced Hoi An in this Local Neighbourhood with the SWEETEST hosts. This place felt homey and welcoming with Calm vibes. My corner balcony queen room had what I needed, perfect for solo travel.

I enjoyed walking into town- so distance is not an issue for me.

The hosts were lovely and also said hello with my name as well. Our room was serviced everyday (we stayed for 4 nights) and the towels were big and soft. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.

It was a 25 minute walk to the Ancient Town and as I find the heat a bit much, it was hard work for us.

The pool at the front of the villa is small but nice. The look and feel of the building is very cool with multiple planting. Free bike rental.

Does not accept card payment and did not tell us this in advance so had to cycle for 2km to the nearest ATM at checkout for cash. Room wasn't overly clean with windowsills being mouldy etc. Could do with a thorough scrub. There were multiple gekkos in both of our rooms and the owner was nonchalant about trying to remove them. The location is a bit too far away from the centre of Hoi An. Extremely noisy from 5am onwards due to local stalls setting up & loud government announcements played on speakers.
