    I had booked four nights, but left after the first night. No refund... It was really noisy even though it was not in a busy location. First, in the afternoon, loud music was played in the lobby which kept me from taking a nap. Then, the elevator made noises every time someone called the elevator, not just once but twice for every ride. That kept me up all night. In the morning, I was woken up by the noises from the ground floor where someone prepared the breakfast I assume, just slightly before 6am. Kids running around screaming at 7 and also the night before when they returned to the accomodation... The worst were the bugs, killed 6 mosquitoes in my room within the first hour of arrival, still got 5 bites that evening. More than I got on all other recent trips in Vietnam combined. In the morning, I found one of my towels covered in tiny bugs in the bathroom. That's when I decided to leave. The accomodation has potential, but needs a bit of improvement in terms of noice canceling or better room doors, house rules of respecting other guest's rest and certainly turn off the elevator jingle. The room itself looked nice and modern. So if you care less about rest and silence, it might be a good stay for you. Just wasn't for me ...
