Beautiful holiday home with swimming pool, in Ardèche, in Joyeuse. Capacity up to 10 people.
Le Mas is located in South Ardèche, near the Gorges and Pont d'Arc, on the heights of the village of Joyeuse.

In the middle of the garrigue, in the peace, near the Labeaume and Chassezac rivers, hiking trails, while being close to the village center below (3 min by car), restaurants, shops, and super markets.
Many surrounding villages (elected most beautiful villages in France) offer local farmers' markets every day. Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogue, Vallon pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Montreal, Aiguèze, les Vans ...

The farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, including 2 parental suites. 3 bathrooms.
The parental suites have direct access from the outside, each having a private terrace with garden furniture. Each has its own private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, sink) One of the suites has a spa bath. The beds are 160x200.
The other 2 bedrooms are made up of a 160 bed, a 140 bed and three single beds.
A shared bathroom (wc-walk-in shower and double sink).
A fully equipped modern kitchen.
The Mas also has a summer kitchen, facing the swimming pool, equipped with BBQ, wood oven.
Pétanque field, table tennis table, darts, board games,
WIRELESS.
Holiday checks accepted. The announced price includes the deposit of 2000 eur not cashed.
