The modern terraced house, built in 2004, is located in the quiet urbanization "Las Mimosa" and offers four people plenty of space to relax. Four terraces invite you to sunbathe. The entire house is located on a fully fenced plot and has approximately 105 square meters of living space, which are distributed over the ground floor and the two floors.
The ground floor is reached via three steps that lead to the first terrace. This terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. If you don't like the sun, just open the parasol, in the afternoon you can sit here in the shade. From the terrace you come into the living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, a dining area for four people, a two- and three-seater sofa, air conditioning (hot / cold) and a TV (satellite reception). There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. A small hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and various electrical appliances such as a mixer, toaster and kettle, as well as a large refrigerator. So you will lack nothing. This is followed by the patio with a seating area and outdoor shower.
The first floor is equipped with a bedroom (double bed), closet and fan, a bathroom with a whirlpool, and a large storage room. Here too, a terrace invites you to sunbathe.
On the second floor there is another bedroom (for a French bed) with a wardrobe and air conditioning (hot / cold), a bathroom with a shower and a terrace that is not visible from the outside.

From the kitchen you can access the inner courtyard with seating, a large table and an outdoor hot / cold shower. There is shade here in the morning and sun in the afternoon. The storage room with washer and dryer is located next to the patio.
The pool area is located inside the complex and can be used all year round, a relaxation area also invites you to linger.

Some shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached on foot from the lovingly furnished row house. The surrounding golf courses (Las Ramblas, Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor) can be reached by car in a few minutes.

The next largest city is Alicante, approx. 60 km away. There is a hustle and bustle of the south here, there is an airport and a port, a very beautiful, palm-lined promenade, one of the largest castles in Europe and a beautiful old town, and the Renaissance town hall is also significant.
