Удобное месторасположение, до метро несколько минут, так же близко большой ТЦ. Чисто, приятный запах в номере, хорошая шумоизоляция от улицы (качественные окна). Чудесный приветливый персонал

Нам очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле! Всё было на высшем уровне: чистые и уютные номера, комфортная атмосфера, удобное расположение и отличный сервис. Отель полностью оправдал наши ожидания, и мы остались очень довольны своим выбором. Особую благодарность хотим выразить Абдуллах бею. Он был невероятно внимательным, доброжелательным и всегда готовым помочь.

Приняли раньше времени. Очень дружелюбный персонал, есть рускоговорящие. Дали номер больше оплаченного. Все приносят в номер по запросу.
Очень холодно в номерах, кондей отапливает номер за пару часов, но пол холодный. Очень изношенное постельное белье. Нет чайника в номере, но по запросу приносят чай, кипяток, кофе.
