On a proud 90 square meters of living space, which are spread over two floors, the "small" beach houses for four to a maximum of six people offer all conceivable living comfort, from two bedrooms with double beds. Our large beach houses, which are spread over 110 floors with 110 square meters, offer you three bedrooms. All beach houses are characterized by a spacious living and dining room, walk-in showers, sauna, fireplace, underfloor heating, a furnished terrace with grill, free WiFi and many other amenities. The color of the furniture is light and warm. Several TV sets and a music system provide entertainment and variety. The kitchens are equipped with high-quality branded appliances and allow your creativity to cook in every room. Of course, every house also includes a free parking space.

Strandläufer beach house - holiday houseThe holiday house "Strandläufer" is one of the most popular among the nine beach houses on the high shore of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. Located just a few minutes' walk from the almost stone-free south beach, this house has everything you need to make your vacation on the island of Rügen a relaxing experience. On around 90 square meters of living space, a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children up to two years old can find a wonderful temporary home. Your four-legged friend is also welcome after prior registration in the sandpiper. The interior impresses with high-quality furniture in light-flooded, typical Bauhaus rooms. Area-wide underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. Of course, WiFi is also available everywhere in the house. On the ground floor there is the spacious living and dining room with fireplace, couch corner, large format flat-screen TV and terrace in front. In the warm season, you can wonderfully spend the evening outdoors and enjoy grilled delicacies. In the high-quality branded kitchen you will find all the technical equipment and utensils to cater for yourself. And in the event that you don't want to spend valuable vacation time cooking, the Ostseebad Sellin offers a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy culinary delights. Your in-house Finnish sauna is also waiting for you on the ground floor to give you relaxing hours. Optionally, we recommend booking our sauna package (15 euros / person) with a bathrobe and a sauna and towel each. A shower and a guest toilet complete the floor. On the upper floor of the house you will find your two cozy bedrooms with double beds, large wardrobes and extra flat-screen TVs. Your bathroom with tub and toilet is also waiting for you there. Good to know: washing machine [&] dryer (for a fee) and ironing equipment are located in the utility room on the premises. A parking space is available free of charge.
