Through the entrance you get into the open kitchen with the integrated kitchenette. The kitchenette has an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, various small utensils that complete the equipment and a wet bar that offers an additional work surface. The living room, which is open to the kitchen, includes a dining area and a leather seating area with a two-seater couch and 2 associated armchairs, as well as various art objects. From the living room you get through a patio door into the green with garden furniture and an idyllic water view.
