Mainly the location was ideal
The shower was poor in that the water pressure was low low so washing your hair was next to impossible

Gorgeous cottage.
Very comfortable bed.
Great shower.
Beautiful surroundings.
Very peaceful base for exploring Northumberland.
We would've appreciated another hand towel as only one was provided.

Outside balcony area - although we couldn't use it because of bad weather.
Door keys difficult to use.
Poorly equipped kitchen. Just the minimum eg more teaspoons would be good. A scourer. Hand towel (we used the one from the bathroom)
Tissue box in bedroom but no tissues supplied. Only 1 toilet roll.
Poor lighting in lounge for reading.
Just little things but overall detracted from the experience.
