Good value for money.

The property is located in the neighbourhood of the Skiing place and well connected to other beautiful places such as Titisee by road. The apartment had all facilities required for a family to stay. It was clean and well equipped.

There was a pungent, suffocating smell upon entering the apartment. It appeared as if the apartment was closed for a long time. After opening the windows, the smell gradually disappeared.

clean, has necessary amenities, Garden. Check in was smooth. kitchen had everything we needed. The patio was well maintained and clean.

the sofa bed was not comfy it created a weird junction on the head side.

Nice place for nature lovers

Many restaurants nearby, many places to hike. The Windgfällweiher lake (swimming etc) is nearby within comfortable walking distance.

A bit close to the main road and so there was some vehicle sound when the windows were kept open, or when sitting outside the apartment

Quiet and wonderful stay in the Black Forest

The host is really friendly and he immediately fixed a small issue we had with the WiFi. The property is really clean and very spacious. It also has a wonderful garden, a console for gaming, and a smart TV. We would definitely recommend this accommodation for visitors travelling in the area.

Verbesserungsbedürftig mit Potential

Die Lage ist super. Einrichtung war gut. Für die Kinder standen auch Schlitten zur freien Verfügung, Netflix, schöne Terrasse. Ausreichend für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Leider war die Wohnung zwar grundsätzlich sauber, allerdings hingen viele große Spinnweben und solche Dinge, wie der Heizkörper im Bad waren stark verschmutzt. Die Toilette und das gesamte Bad sollten dringend renoviert werden. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings auch hier, defekte Abzugshaube und teilweise verschmutzte Schranke, keine Mülltüten für die Entsorgung. Die Wohnung hat aber definitiv Potential.

La ubicación es excelente para recorrer la zona. La zona de jardín es ideal si vas con niños ya que el espacio interior es bastante reducido.

El sofá cama es pequeño e incomodo. La nevera no cerraba bien y se quedaba abierta, salía agua. Faltan algunas cosas básicas como un colador o una cafetera de cápsulas. Falta un poco de limpieza.

Очень лёгкая коммуникация с хозяином. Перед заездов у меня возникла пара вопросов и хозяин быстро отвечал на мои сообщения, спасибо! Хорошо укомплектована кухня. К сожалению, мы нашли пару немытых, с засохшим жиром тарелок в шкафу. Также немного тупые ножи. Но в кухне найдётся любой прибор для приготовления. Есть фольга, листы для запекания, приправы, кофейные фильтры. Таблетки для посудомоечной машины нужно приобретать самим. Очень приятно было получить карту Шварцвальда!За три дня 80% всех достопримечательностей мы посетили семьёй абсолютно бесплатно. Расположение: нам было близко ехать до озеро Шлюхзее, фуникулера на Фельдберг, Badeparadies, Titisee, Dendorena, Hängebrücke "Black Forest Line". Большой обеденный стол для всей семьи.Есть компактный холодильник. Хозяева были очень добрые и разрешили завести продукты и оставить в холодильнике, пока мы отправились в аквапарк. Это было до времени чек-ин? в 13. Уютная терраса, мне было практично вечером укладывать своего ребёнка спать, пока вся остальная семья спала. Жаль на диване в террасе не было наволочек на подушки для кресел.

Гигиена: в ванной комнате на полу при заезде уже увидела много чёрных волос. Постельное белье было очень синтетическим и затёртым, с затяжками. Как я уже писала, посуда в кухне есть в большом количестве, но пара тарелок в шкафу лежали непомытыми. Прикроватные тумбочки были сильно пыльные. Нет сушилки для полотенец, к сожалению полотенца потом воняли, не успевали как следует проветриться. Может быть, если б мы попросили, сушилка б дали, но мы не обратились. Когда мы хотели пропылесосить, то увидели, что отсек для пыли забит мусором, мы его опустошили. Но в итоге пылесос совсем ничего не всасывал, плохо тянул мусор с пола. В полке лежали джойстики для play station. Муж с сыном весь вечер пытались поиграть, но один джойстик сломан, а второй не от той системы, которая на столе + зарядки для джойстиков не было, они все были разряжены. Диван в зале подходит для людей ростом не выше 1,65см или для двух школьников. Для людей высокого роста ноги будут висеть в воздухе. Шум с дороги нам не мешал, но кто ночью открытыми оставит окна, то время от времени будет мешать конечно

Der Radverleih war extrem nett und zuvorkommend. Er hat die Räder gebracht und geholt zudem gab es einen Rabatt wegen dem Wetter. Wir können ihn nur empfehlen. Uwe‘s

Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und für uns zu langweilig. Es gibt nichts wo man bummeln kann, das Mountainbiken war ganz gut aber es gibt nichts außer Wald. Alle Hütten waren geschlossen. Am Tittisee gibt es nur Tinnef und überteuerte Preise. Wir werden den Schwarzwald erstmal nicht mehr besuchen.

Man war für sich, mit eigenem Eingang. Der vorherige Kontakt war gut und die Ankunft klar kommuniziert.

Die Kinder haben sich auf die Wii gefreut, die jedoch nicht funktioniert hat. Das zweite Bett war nicht gerichtet, bzw. es war nicht klar, dass es ein Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist.
