Could be much better, but at least the owner is nice and trying to help

The house owner was very nice (he lives in the same house), and always tried to help. Even when we bought 2 fans (since it was too hot), he gave us the money back. It was a reasonable value for money (but not what we expected)

The maintenance all over the place was very low. There was only one shower working (instead of two). The pictures at booking are not exactly what you get. The garden with the playground outside wasn’t available for us. It seems there were another guests at -1 floor with an access to the garden. The apartment wasn’t clean (floor, furniture, shower, etc.). Even when the temperature was cool outside, you couldn’t open the windows, since there was no net.

nice place, great location

a big house, great location. loved the attic for the children. big rooms heated well. big living room and a nice equipped kitchen. close supermarket

only one shower with a small space (although the room is big!) and very weak water flow. low maintenance level of the toilet upstairs. no dryer although the heated rooms did the job :) no shading in the attic- a lot of light coming in.

Top Lage! Große Wohnung! Sehr gastfreundlich!

Alles war vorhanden. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. Der Besitzer war immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war sehr warm. Viel Platz für 8 Personen. Alles war top.

המיקום נפלא. המקום מדהים. הבית מצוייד כהלכה. ממש קרוב יש תחנת דלק, 2 סופרמרקטים, מסעדות, ונוף מהמם. בגינה וגם בבית יש מבחר ממש גדול של משחקים לילדים.

לכל חדרי השינה הגישה היא דרך גרם מדרגות תלול וצר. לחדר המיועד לפעוטות יש לעלות 2 קומות במדרגות, וזה ממש מסוכן. לא הצלחנו להתקשר לבעל הבית בווטסאפ, רק דרך booking. הבית מתאים מקסימום ל-6 מבוגרים, 2 ילדים (מאותה משפחה) ותינוק. לפי booking יכולים להכנס 10 או 11 וזה לא הגיוני. בכמות כזו הבית ממש צפוף, לא נוח, ולא תואם את גודל הדירה, כמות השירותים, וכן הלאה.

parkeerplaatsen zijn niet fijn,veel te smal,er staan al twee auto,s.De bank is te klein voor 7 personen,3 mensen zaten op keukenstoelen dat is niet fijn heel de avond.

Warm, gemütlich, sehr schöner Sonnenaufgang. Eine gute Aura, ein toller Traum im Haus.

Annehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause sind alle bis ins kleinste Detail verfügbar, der Gastgeber spricht viele Sprachen Ukrainisch, Deutsch. Sauber gemütlich , ordentlich, modern.

Alles ist großartig, alles hat mir gefallen.

Funktionale Unterkunft, die ihren Zweck für die 1 Woche erfüllte.

Gute Lage in der Nähe vom Feldberg und Titisee. Relativ ruhig, früh waren Kuhglocken zu hören. Ringsherum Balkone und wir hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die inkludierte Hochschwarzwald-Card war toll und wurde vielmals genutzt!

Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vielerorts provisorische Lösungen für bauliche Probleme (Balkon, Bad…). Treppengeländer ins Dachgeschoss wackelig und die Treppe für kleine Kinder durchaus gefährlich. 3 Trinkgläser hatten einen Sprung, auf dem Balkon stand auch noch ein Glas vom Vorgänger. Die Dusche im Dachgeschoss funktionierte nicht, dort roch es auch sehr stark. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng bemessen, wenn auch der Vermieter uns die besten Plätze überließ.
