Nice little place, very clean. Owner is quite hospitable. About a 20 minute walk to the beach, 5 min by scooter. Quiet, tucked into the local housing. Convenient sarisari at entrance. It is a "mom and pop" operation and it is small, 7 rooms. Good value for money to sleep and wash up from going to the beach or touring the countryside.
It is very basic, so don't expect modern amenities. It does have wifi, so you can plan your days if you don't have a data plan.

Staff was helpful! Relatively convenient with a scooter! We were allowed to leave our belonging at the hotel for safekeep after checkout
We made the mistake of choosing the smaller room. Space was tight and there was nowhere to air our wet clothing. The air con was powerful (and loud) but there was no blanket provided. Rooster nearby started to crow at 4 am and was relentless till sunrise. There was hot water but it was inconsistent - water kept switching between scalding hot and cold with little in between.
