    Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room was not clean—bed sheets and towels were stained yellow, the bathroom sink looked dirty, and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. There were also mosquitoes everywhere, making it impossible to relax. The AC was poorly placed and couldn’t cool the whole room, and we had no running water or electricity for 12 hours. Since the property is next to a swamp, we couldn’t open the windows because of even more mosquitoes. To make things worse, getting to the property required walking 300 meters on a rocky, muddy path through the swamp—not ideal at all. The location is inconvenient for visiting Alona Beach and other attractions. The only positive was the friendly staff, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the problems with cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility. I wouldn’t recommend this property unless major improvements are made.
