The host was great, easy communication. The location was also great, near the Vatican and public transportation, shops, restaurants. The rooms were big, we had everything that we needed. Bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Rooms were also clean.
The bathroom should be properly cleaned and maybe some parts replaced :) The kitchen had everything needed, size was also okay but it should also be properly cleaned. Unfortunately the bed in the living room was not that comfortable, some kind of hole is in the middle - it was not easy to sleep on it.

Appartamento grande, silenzioso, fornito di tutto, vicinissimo a Piazza San Pietro e alla metro. Letti comodi e pulizia impeccabile. Toto e Tiziana sono ospiti perfetti, attenti e disponibili alle eventuali esigenze. Siamo arrivate con un temporale e ci hanno consentito l'ingresso prima del previsto: ci hanno salvato la giornata!

Location was really good due to being so close to the Vatican. The host was responsive when an issue occurred during checkin.
The property was very underwhelming and appeared tired and extremely basic. Old food in the freezer, mould in bathroom, broken curtain rail. Loose electrics and damaged walls.
