the pool was lovely and the house was bright modern and clean
The Aircon’s wouldn’t stay on unless someone was moving around in the rooms. This made it difficult to have a siesta. It would have been nice to come back to a cool house after being out in the heat

Exceptionally clean, spacious and modern. Fantastic location in relation to the beach and local restaurant/ supermarkets. Very quiet part of Port Douglas. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the supply of tea, coffee, milk and toiletries.
This is such a tiny thing … because the house is all tiled, noise carries through each room. We had to be quite mindful of this when someone was sleeping. It really didn’t bother us a lot though. We managed fine.
