    I am completely dissatisfied with both Agoda and this Townhouse property. Agoda displays attractive pricing and positive customer ratings, which customers trust when making a booking. However, upon arrival, the story changes. The property refused to honor the price confirmed by Agoda, and I was forced to pay more just to secure a room. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the property did not provide it. This is not an isolated case—I’ve read similar reviews about other Townhouse properties in Bangalore, including Whitefield, and unfortunately, I had the same negative experience. It seems to be a recurring issue where Townhouse properties do not accept Agoda’s pricing, and customers are left to fight, negotiate, and pay extra at check-in. The condition of the rooms was also below standard. They were shabby, the beds and towels looked unclean, and overall hygiene was questionable. This is far from what is advertised. Net result: a very poor customer experience. I have completely lost trust in Agoda for promoting such properties with suspiciously high ratings that do not match reality. I also doubt whether critical reviews like this are actually published by Agoda. My request to fellow customers: do not rely on Agoda’s ratings for Townhouse properties in Bangalore—you may end up paying more and receiving far less than promised
