FEATURED IN HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL Welcome to Haring Loft in Loft 268, one of Zona Romantica's most desired condo buildings in the heart of it all! Enjoy partial ocean views from your penthouse level, 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. Two blocks from Los Muertos Beach; 1 block from the plaza and Zona's best bars and restaurants. Location is perfect for those who want to enjoy Vallarta's cultural and nightlife. Loft 268 also full service concierge, A/C roof deck and a waterfall in the pool! You'll love it!!!!
Other things to Note:
The Pool is heated from Nov - April, outside those months the sun does a great job in heating it to a great temperature.
** The Loft 268 Building closes its pool deck on a weekly cleaning schedule every Wednesday during the day until 4pm, this is to do their weekly deep clean and maintenance, at this time only the gym and multipurpose room on the roof deck are available.
Outside guests are allowed to visit between 10 am and 10 pm. Must register with the concierge. Building amenities accessible to registered guest.
**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
*As per the new building regulations, all visitors and renters are required to wear a bracelet throughout their stay. This policy is implemented for safety and compliance purposes.

We kindly ask you to take special care when using the property's linens and towels, avoiding contact with makeup, hair dye, sunscreen, or other substances that may cause difficult-to-remove stains. Its a very easy check in, check out and you can easily reach out to management if you need them. While you are not on the beach, you can see the ocean.I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The pool is huge and its a perfect place to watch the sunset. The apartment is in the middle of some of PV's best restaurants, bars and nightclubs BUT, the bedroom is in the back of the unit. I found it surprising quiet and had no problem sleeping

Condo owner purchased new pillows for the bedroom at my request. He was very accommodating throughout our visit and coordinated transportation from the airport and back. Awesome condo with very comfortable bed. The rooftop pool fantastic!
