About this apartment rental

New Professionally Decorated One bedroom Condo in the New exciting Project pavilion. Second Floor end of hall, corner, Quiet and peaceful unit. Building has high luxury finishings, two Pool areas, 5th floor and rooftop pool area with jacuzzi area. Gym, Concierge in Lobby, Security. etc. Condo is fully equipped for long or short stays. Is two blocks from the beach and steps from all of Puerto Vallartas Romantic zone Restaurants and nightspots. 57 inch 4k Smart TV, with hundreds of channels including US networks. Leather hide a bed, sofa bed, for a third adult, or two children under 14. Towels for beach, plastic glasses for pool cocktails, everything you need is there. We are also a message away if something is needed. Please refer to two other units that I own for multiple five star reviews. This unit is Fairly new, and does not have the reviews and place that the other two units have thank you

I've been in the unit for a a bit more than a month and you have all the basic things to cook. The location of the condo is good at the second floor so you don't need the elevator to access the condo. The luminosity is very restraint and it's dark, but honestly we don't live in the unit so not very concerning about it. The rooftop is amazing and all the complex amenities are very clean. I have to admit that the personal in place are very professional and service oriented. If someone is sensitive to noise at night, it might not be the right location for you because two sides of the building are exposed to clubs loud music and bass until urly morning. When I'm getting back, I will rent again without any issues.
