Surf Beach 503 - Spectacular Sunsets - Beach Front

Everything was welcoming

I came knowing that the hurricane last year was going to impact our stay. My feedback would be that even though much of the pool area was torn up, I would have liked to have seen a cleaner pool and sat in chairs that were actually comfortable.

We had a great time- we booked this condo last minute and it was great. It was exactly what we needed and wanted. Wasnt the most fancy condo but it was clean and the view was killer.

Unfortunately the condo was not as clean as it should have been. Refrigerator was dirty, floors had sand all over. Grout was black when it should have been tan. Pile of sand in pantry closet Dirty dish cloths laying on the counters . Beds were very comfortable. Washer was not working. Repair man came and fixed it and was a super nice guy. The price for five days was way too much, considering how far the beach was and we would never pay that again. Beach was quite a hike especially when loaded with chairs, umbrellas and heavy bags , which you have to supply yourself or rent , or if you needed a restroom. Unfortunately the hot tub was monopolized by the same group of seven all day and night which is not the owners fault but a bit irritating. . We have stayed in several others that were fifty feet from the beach and water , very clean and quite nice for half that price for an entire week. . We enjoyed the area restaurants especially Sloppy Joes whose Shrimp and grits, blueberry pancakes , omelets etc etc for breakfast were to die for, we even went back for dinner and had lots of fun playing miniature golf at Smugglers Cove. We had a great time with our friends but accommodations could have been much better for the price.
