About this house rental
Charming sunny mountain house associated with a mazot, facing south, 8 minutes from the slopes on foot from Chantemerle.
Exceptional environment in a preserved village, in absolute calm.
Spacious, vaulted and typical mountain living room composed of a living room with fireplace, and a dining room that can accommodate up to 9 people.
Sofa bed for 2 people and toilet on the ground floor.
Recent fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge and freezer).
Upstairs,
- a first large bedroom facing south with a view of the slopes (Prorel) for 3 people.
- a second south facing bedroom welcoming 2 pers.
A large bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Television in the living room, and wifi with internet access throughout the house.
Oil central heating.
Opposite, a small independent mazot that can accommodate 2 people (max. 3) fully equipped:
A bathroom with toilet, kitchen, TV and mezzanine with double bed.
Electric heating.
Free shuttle 20m in front of the house with departure every 30min to the center of Chantemerle / the slopes.
Free parking in front of the house.
8min walk from the Chantemerle shopping center (tobacco, bakery, carrefour city, and other shops ...)
Proximity to Briançon and other villages in the Valley.
End of stay cleaning is optional. You can do it yourself or ask the person who welcomes you to do it. The price is 80 euros.
The household linen is proposed in fixed price at 60 euros for the stays of one week.
