Rural, simple and quiet.
It was one of the best places on this Italian trip.
Apple map link didn’t work. No clear signs - we ended up ringing a neighbour.

Susi is a great host. She was very hospitable and welcoming for us. The Bed & breakfast is nestled into the mountians south of Maranello. The room was quaint and cozy with a warm inviting feeling. Plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfasts were very good. This is a quiet remote location if guests want to get out of the city and enjoy a quieter slower paced atmosphere. We personally loved Susi's dogs and Cat. they also made us feel welcome in the home. Potential guests should be prepared for the drive, it is up in the mountains with a lot of twists and turns. Additionally the sign for the turn off to get to the property is hard to see while driving along the road. I would highly recommend this location.
The sign directing you to the turn off the main road is difficult to see.
