The hotel is located in Sassuolo, which is an industrial town with not much going on for tourists. The hotel itself feels outdated and lacks energy or atmosphere.
Only a few staff members speak English, which made communication a bit difficult. One of the main disappointments was that the pool was not included in the price, even though it was advertised as part of the deal. This felt misleading.
On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and had enough variety.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a very specific reason to be in the area.
