About this house rental
Located in the "Parque Natural Montaña Palentina", in Alba de los Cardaños, halfway between the emblematic Espigüete peaks (5 km) and Curavacas (7 km). The property has 3000 m2, with fruit and native trees, fruits of the forest, and aromatic and medicinal plants. The terrace of the house has views of the Camporredondo reservoir, barbecue, Pereruela oven and children's pool. The house is equipped with a fireplace, hot tub, inflatable canoes, 46-inch TV, home cinema, table tennis, table games, 500 DVDs, small library, table for 12 people, double sofa bed and all kinds of appliances (washing machine, dishwasher , combi fridge, microwave, iron, toaster, kettle etc.)

Goyo is a fabulous host and the house is absolutely beautiful. It is really well equipped and feels like a home instead of a holiday rental.
The terrace is fabulous and the BBQ and it’s so quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is stunning too. Shopping can be done in Cervera or Guardo. The former smaller and prettier.
Could not recommend this place any higher/ 10/10!

La casa está limpia y decorada con mucho encanto, es cómoda y está perfectamente equipada. Las vistas muy bonitas al pantano. El pueblo es muy tranquilo y tiene rutas en los alrededores. Se puede acceder fácilmente al pantano. Respecto a Goyo la comunicación ha sido fantástica, nos ha recomendado un montón de cosas y nos dejó comida de bienvenida. Hemos ido dos parejas con dos perretes y repetiremos sin dudarlo.

La casa es bonita y cómoda. Totalmente independiente ofrece mucha intimidad y silencio. Las vistas y el entorno preciosos. La casa está muy bien equipada. Hemos disfrutado mucho la barbacoa y el gran surtido de películas en DVD. El clima fresquito que se agradece mucho en agosto.

Très agréable séjour avec une vue magnifique. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui met son jardin et ses tisanes maison à disposition . Maison originale avec équipements récents . Idéale par temps très chaud .
