We stayed here for just shy of 3 months. Upon arrival the condo was spotless. Very well stocked in every aspect (kitchen, bathrooms and such). The owners and their property manager were excellent to work with. The AC unit did stop working one day. I texted the property manager and he responded by phone call within minutes. After explaining the issue he was onsite within an hour to evaluate the problem. He had a repair person onsite the very next morning. VERY prompt. VERY respectful. You are a short walk to downtown (5-10 minute walk) to LOTS of restaurants, stores and entertainment.I would not hesitate one second renting this unit again.

We loved the condo and the fabulous pool area,hot tub and imazing view of the Caloopsahatchee River. We are all in our 80s and only problem was fire alarms and dealing with stairs

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay November 1 through December 15, 2021, hated to leave. Extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We have stayed in many condos in the Ft Myers area and this one was hands down the best! Was worth all the hoops we had to jump through for the approval process.

As soon as you walk in you say WOW! Brent, property manager was spot on taking care of a couple problems & was extremely helpful with the application process. Great location to downtown, wonderful pool area, short drive to beaches, hoping to return next year.
