Luxury 2BR in Downtown Fort Myers Pool & Terrace

The host kept in communication with me and was very clear on how to gain access to the property and the parking space. We did have a bug issue, I immediately communicated it to the host and they were very apologetic and kind about it and made sure to have the cleaning crew show up in the morning to help with clean up.

The unit appeared to have been treated for insects immediately prior to our arrival. Upon entering, we were met with a strong odor of insect spray and a significant number of large flies throughout the space. We spent approximately 30 minutes addressing the issue, including killing and cleaning up the insects in order to make the unit livable. We were also traveling with children and were concerned about their exposure to the insect spray. Overall, this created an uncomfortable and unsanitary experience at check-in.

Property is amazing, only thing is that the Gameroom wasn’t open

Sheets, towels, pillows and bed were nice. Great location and poolside room. Patio table was nice. Fitness center was close but I also could hear the weights being put down!

It said it was a padlock, it was a lockbox on Valet door. I couldn’t figure out how to open it. There was not enough essentials: trash bags, toilet paper; salt and pepper; large skillet! Sink in bathroom clogged. Shower did not work. Hot tub did not work. Dryer kept shutting off. Outside patio light did not work. There needs to be signage in parking garage! Lobby was empty; no receptionist. Call box broken. Called customer service for help and no answer.
