About this house rental
Beautiful house w/wide spaces in their bedrooms, kitchen and common areas. Perfect for a days of relax. Every day you will appreciate different sunsets on the lake, and a beautiful sunrises between the mountains.
Private condo with 24 hours security. 5 minutes form the town San Juan Cosala and 15 minutes from Ajijic town.
At home you can enjoy a relaxing steam bath in our private area, and a deliciosous swim in the outdoor pool & jacuzzi after a relaxing sun bath. We also have a massage bed for a speccialized person that we can recommend to go home to give her therapy.
You can enjoy a deliciuous steak in our grill area with a wide bar to live and enjoy under the palm three.
Two speaciuos terraces to enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.
4(four) spacious bedrooms and 3 /three) full bathrooms w/ bath each.
Fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots.
Blankets and Towels are available. During your stay we can recommend a person who will do cleaning with an external and direct cost to pay housekiper.
2 (two) living room, 2 (two) dining room, and 3 smart screen (TV) with wifi
A small gardenaround pool enough for sunbathing or reading with sunbath in a confortable chairs.
Garage for 2 cars.
Washer and dryer. griddle, hair dryer iron.

Pharmacy, grocery stores, supermarket, clinic and hospital, all is very close.

Love the house and the beautiful views of the lake and the sunsets. The masseuse that the host offers is GREAT and very much worth the small asking price. Loved the house.

Home well equipped and well appointed. Great location with incredible view. The Owner/Managers were responsive and very cordial, nice people. Enjoyed all our time in Cosala/Ajijic and love the area.

We stayed at this beautiful, spotless property January-February 2020. The property is located high on the side of a mountain with a security check in gate and security cars that troll the area both day and night. We felt very secure and safe here.
When we arrived our owner was there and showed us around . The entrance to the property is gated so you have complete privacy and security.
The master bedroom has the most beautiful boveda ceiling, a well equipped master en suite and door wall leading to the balcony.
The main floor is on the top level with a well stocked kitchen, open floor plan, a Smart TV and a complete sliding glass door wall that leads to the balcony that overlooks Lake Chapala and mountains. There were lounge chairs and tables to seat about 12 people. We spent a lot of time sitting there and looking out at the lake and mountains, both day and night.
The entry level floor accommodations are very tastefully decorated and leads out to a second balcony that overlooks a complete BBQ area, pool area and steam room.
The owners were very helpful and readily available to answer any questions. We are very particular about where and what we rent from VRBO/Homeway and would highly recommend this property. I'm sure that you'll be just as pleased as we were.
