About this house rental
This duplex has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a rooftop terrace with views of Ajijic and the largest lake in Mexico. Perfect for larger groups. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Easily walkable to the Malecón, Plaza, historical church, and every neighborhood.
Just a friendly reminder, the water is not potable in Mexico. But that’s in every town in Mexico, not exclusive to Ajijic. I provide standard cooking utensils, and you provide all the food you want to cook. There’s a convenience store just a few feet away with most things you’ll need, including milk, bread, oil, coffee, water, veggies, etc.
New water heater installed in June 2026.
